With bipartisan opposition Health Care Take Over is passed.

With shameful disregard for the Constitution and the will of the the people the house of "representatives" has pass the senate health care "reform" bill that charges the IRS to enforce that every citizen purchase with health insurance as defined by the government. The President tried to claim it to be a bipartisan bill but the only thing bipartisan is the opposition. 211 Democrats were allowed by Pelosi to vote with their constituents and join the bipartisan opposition. The rest of the Democrats were forced to toe the party line. It seems most outrageous to me that Pelosi repeatedly touted this bill as promoting Life Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. You can bet your life (as Pelosi has already has bet your life) that the IRS will now enforce a new form of "Liberty" and the only pursuit will be done by government agents.
