This picture makes me think Deeds is saying, "Wow, he's so good at this it just cracks me up. He even looks down his nose as he lies to them."  All kidding aside, this will really get the sycophants on their feet and if the unions and the DNC come through with the usual bus tours of all the local voting places, we may see them stay on their feet long enough to vote in large numbers.  There is too much at steak to let another Democrat with allegiance to the Fascist in Chief destroy Virginia's economy.
