Just got off an emergency telecon with tea party patriots and Michelle backman. Friday is the Obama speech at patriots center. All are supposed to wear red shirts (blood, code red effort). Wisdom says you have to get there at 6am or so to be able to get in. He doesn't come on till 1130. Saturday, tea party patriots will meet at 10:00 in front of the cannon bldg and go to congressional offices and talk them in the face. Then at 1200 there is the rally with john voight, michelle backman and more. Then after TPP is going back to offices. This is getting radio and tv play so it might turn out to be quite a big deal. Also there maybe an attempt to surround the capital holding hands (think walls of jerico). Sunday is a bit unclear to me. There is not as much details for Sunday. There is supposed to be a large pro-immigration rally on the mall, so there is also some anti-amnesty protests of course and there is a call for prayer vigil at the capital. Some have called for a day of prayer and fasting Sunday. Also they want to hold hands surround the capital and circle it 7 times. They want to call the repubs out to join us. In the bible jerico was surrounded and circled 7 times and its walls fell... It is unclear if the vote will happen Sunday or not....Some thin it is very iffy otherwise Obama wouldn't have cancelled his trip. Backman stated that Repubs originally didn't know what to think about us tea parties but now we are known as heros, they are realizing had it not been for us we'd be darn near hanging hammer and sickles on our flag by now.
