Thanks to the efforts of Sheriff Diggs and York County Administrators it looks like we can have a public address system in Yorktown!  It seems Sheriff Diggs got the ball rolling and both he and the Adminstration office went out of their way to advise us of the change.

Meanwhile in Newport News they have our application and are reviewing it and are meeting with Jo onsite tommorrow.  The insurance quote came in at a reasonable price and we have been able to give them the payment for it and are expecting the documents possibley today.
