By the way, we are not the original York Tea Party.  In November of 1774, about a year after the Boston Tea Party, "The inhabitants of York" had their own tea party. You can see the story in The Documents of Freedom from the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.  In fact, for the past 4 years the Watermen's Museum has put on a reenactment of the event and will again on October 4th, 2009.
